We offer a 3-day money back guarantee on our products. Buyers shall have the right to inspect the Product on arrival at the Buyer's facility. If the buyer is not fully satisfied, he or she may return the order within 3 days of receipt. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when doing so.
Buyer must give Surveillance CCTV Camera notice of any claim with respect to the condition, quality or grade of the Product or non-conformance within 3 days of receipt. A valid receipt (invoice) is necessary for all returns, credits and warranty service.All returns must be authorized by Surveillance CCTV Camera before product(s) is returned. We do not pay for return shipping. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. In the event the Product does not conform, it shall be the Seller's option to replace the Product at Seller's expense or credit Buyer the amount of the purchase price for the non-conforming goods. Please allow 7-14 days for processing returns. Certain items CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
Surveillance CCTV Camera does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use of handling of the Products; against defects or damages arising from improper installation (where installation is by persons other than Surveillance CCTV Camera) against defects in products or components not manufactured / sold by Surveillance CCTV Camera; against damages resulting from such non-Surveillance CCTV Camera made products or components; or damage resulting from the pickup, in-transit, or delivery of Product by a carrier used by Surveillance CCTV Camera.
If any returned item is found to be non-defective, a restocking (25%) and diagnostic fee ($75.00 USD per hour) may be assessed as well as any shipping charges for cross-shipped replacements. All returns must be received by Surveillance CCTV Camera within ten (10) days after buyer receipt. Returned merchandise requires a valid RMA #clearly marked on the outside of returned package, copy of invoice, the original packaging and brief explanation of the problem. All returns MUST be authorized by Surveillance CCTV Camera before product(s) is returned. NO refunds will be given for products returned without prior explicit permission from Surveillance CCTV Camera.
All our hidden cameras, custom built systems, special order items. Software, media and labor are nonrefundable. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer, in which case the item will be tested, fixed or replaced, and sent back to the customer*.
We have implemented this policy because of the misuse of our former liberal return policy. A few unscrupulous people have ordered our products for specific short term uses and then returned the product in a condition that do not allow us to resell. WARRANTY: We guarantee all Surveillance CCTV Camera products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

CONTACT US BY EMAIL FOR AN RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number (Click Here). Provide your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, daytime telephone number, and reason for return. We will review your return request and if approved, you will receive an RMA number and instructions. The RMA number must be on your return shipping label. I fit is not, your package may be refused and sent back to you. We get samples from different companies and individuals all the time. If we accept/receive a package and it does not have an RMA number on the box, it gets set aside.
Returns must be received by Surveillance CCTV Camera within ten (10) days after buyer receipt. All delivery dates are kept on file here at Surveillance CCTV Camera. If you are unsure of your delivery date,put your tracking number that we emailed you into the tracking mechanism at www.ups.com / fedex.com and you can confirm it.
Shipping &Handling charges are non-refundable
- IMPORTANT:The product(s) must be returned in resale able condition with all original packaging, accessories, and accompanying literature. If we receive your product without the accompanying accessories and documentation, you will not get are fund or in store credit. If you lost something that goes with your order, you cannot return it. If you do Incomplete Return (as stated above) and you want the item back, you will pay Diagnostic Fee and another shipping fee to ship it back to you.
- Shipping is nonrefundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping to send the item back to Surveillance CCTV Camera. If you want to return it, you must pay for shipping fee yourself. However, if we make a mistake on your order, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping to send your order back to us via Ground or Standard. No Overnight or Express methods will be reimbursed. We will reship your order the same way we shipped it to you initially at no additional charge. This makes it fair to all concerned.
- In some conditions (coupon / promotion) Surveillance CCTV Camera generously provides free shipping for certain item(s) / order(s). If we gave you free shipping, it means that the shipping price has been embedded in your product. The cost of shipping for your order, whether, you paid for shipping or not, it will be deducted from any refund given. For example, if your order was $50.00 plus $15.00 shipping, your refund will be the cost of the item which is $50.00. However, if your order was $50.00 and you get free shipping; your refund amount will be $35.00 ($50.00 minus $15.00shipping).
- Please send your return via UPS or FED EX since these methods are easily track able. If you prefer to use US Mail, please insure the package and include delivery confirmation. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the return gets to Surveillance CCTV Camera.
Failure of Buyer to comply with these conditions within the time set forth herein shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the Product by Buyer. This agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof.
